What Happens During Your Visit?
Every patient is different, which is why your care begins with a thorough assessment. This helps us understand how your body is functioning and develop the most appropriate treatment plan for your individual needs.
Assessment
Your first visit includes a detailed history, physical examination, movement testing, neurological assessment and, where clinically appropriate, imaging such as X-rays.
Advice & Prevention
We also provide practical advice on posture, ergonomics, physical activity and lifestyle to support your recovery and long-term wellbeing.
Treatment
Treatment may include spinal and joint adjustments or mobilisation, soft tissue therapy, muscle balancing techniques and rehabilitation exercises.
Our Approach
Looking Beyond the Symptoms
Our approach is holistic and centred on the connection between the mind and body. We recognise that pain and dysfunction are rarely isolated to one area and that physical, emotional, lifestyle and environmental factors all influence health and recovery.
Rather than focusing only on where you feel pain, we assess how your body functions as an integrated system to identify the underlying factors contributing to your symptoms.
Treatment is tailored to restore movement, improve function, build resilience and support your long-term wellbeing.
Your Care Journey
Every patient is different, and your care is tailored to your individual needs and recovery goals. While every treatment plan is personalised, care for an acute or painful condition generally progresses through three phases.
